Refund policy

Participation in the Venture Haus incubator program is confirmed upon acceptance and payment. Due to the limited availability and tailored nature of the program, our refund policy is as follows:

 

Program Fees​

• Partial Refund: If withdrawal occurs 14 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be issued.

• No Refund: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the program begins, or once the program has started.

 

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of documented emergencies or extenuating personal circumstances, participants may contact us to request a partial refund or deferment to a future cohort. These cases will be reviewed individually at our discretion. 

 

Program Changes & Cancellations by Venture Haus
If Venture Haus cancels the incubator program in its entirety, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If parts of the program must be modified or postponed, participants will be notified and offered the option to continue, transfer to a future cohort, or receive a prorated refund.
