With over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and global brands such as the Business Development Bank of Canada, L’Oréal, and Toyota, Jessika-Kina brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and deep emotional awareness to founder and executive development.

Her approach integrates business strategy, conscious leadership, and inner work, helping founders become the leaders their ventures need them to be. Her mission is to support people in leading with clarity, authenticity, and purpose, creating businesses that are both impactful and personally fulfilling.

Trained by leading coaches and executives, Jessika-Kina is a graduate of McGill University and holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. Certified as a coach since 2016, she continues to refine her practice to help founders and executives expand not only their businesses, but their capacity for awareness, connection, and vision.
